B”H Dear Brothers and Sisters, We were celebrating like never before - the victory of the legal ruling that the books and the Rebbe belongs to the Chassidim. Those moments 38 years ago changed my life as I was watching and hearing the Rebbe speaking about the greatness of these days, how we can ask HaSHem for whatever we want more than usual because of the great miracle that happened today. The Rebbe asked everyone to write letters to be brought to the Ohel and many thousands of letters came in by fax and people flew in from all around the world to celebrate and personally bring letters. Written to HaShem- The source and root of all blessings - through writing to the Rebbe.
Around 6 years later, my brothers and I received the special mission from the Rebbe to redeem his Library from Russia and bring them back to 770:
We find this with Joseph that he specifically requested to be interred in Egypt and to leave with the Jews - so that the Jews should know that even throughout the terrible suffering of the Egyption exile - Joseph is close with us and when HaSHem will redeem us from egypt through Moses, Joseph will leave with us. We need these miracles today. In Israel and all around the world. We Need to ask HaShem for great miracles. We need the redemption of our books back from Russia. Today is the day to ask for these great miracles and to look forward to them be actualized quickly
